We provide advice and representation on all immigration matters. The advice may be attained by way of either a consultation or formal instructions where the advice will be in writing. The main work is, however, preparing applications and make representations to the Border Agency as part of an application. The other element of our work is representation before the Immigration Courts where you wish to appeal a decision. In this regard preparation is imperative and we have been particularly successful at appeal for the same reason.
