Naturalisation

Naturalisation
This is a common route for Citizenship in the UK. There are two main ways to qualify either based on five years' residency or three years' residency, if you are married to a British Citizen.

Different requirements apply in each case therefore it is not a simple exercise in form filling as some people believe.

Naturalisation applications are always discretionary. If your application is refused, you do not get your application fee back and there is no right of appeal, but you may ask for your matter to be reconsidered.

If you think that you qualify and want some assistance with your application, then call us on 020 8566 5522 for an preliminary informal discussion of your matter. We may ask you to send us further information about your matter either by fax on 020 8566 5511 or by email at enquiries@hudsonlegal.co uk so that we may get a fuller picture of your circumstances.

After this initial discussion, you may wish to book an appointment for a full Consultation at our offices located at 7 Central Chambers, The Broadway, Ealing, W5 2NR. We are directly opposite Ealing Broadway Tube Station.
